Thank you for applying to become an “auction item” at our 1st Annual Charity Bachelor/bachelorette Auction to benefit the Avon Race for the Cure. Please review the Bachelor/bachelorette Guidelines before you submit.
You will be contacted via email once your application has been received.  A selection committee will review all applications to determine which bachelor/bachelorette will participate. All bachelor/bachelorette will be notified via email either way. If you do not have a professional photo, send a current photo.  We look forward to your participation!

By agreeing below I agree to abide by the attached Bachelor/bachelorette Guidelines and further agree that I am voluntarily participating in the Kandys Konnections Bachelorette Auction at my own risk and by my own request.  I further waive and release Kandys Konnections and any other affiliate, volunteer, board member, sponsor or entity involved with this event of any and all damages or injuries that may occur as a result of my participation in this event.
